Why can I only buy some products online?

Currently only some of our products are available to purchase online but we are working on adding more. Please contact your local branch to access our full range of products.

I want to buy some trade offers, but there is no option to order on my credit account?

Trade Offers are currently only available online when purchased on Credit/Debit Card. To get these products billed to your account, please contact your local branch.

Can I return an unwanted item?

Yes, we'll be pleased to take back any item that's in a re-saleable condition. You can either: 

  1. Return it to your local branch with proof of purchase.
  2. Arrange collection by emailing us at enquiry@travisperkins.co.uk or calling 03301 233846      with  your order number and product details. Please note that we charge at least £24 for this service.

Once the product's been returned, your credit or debit card will be refunded within 7 days.

How do I return a faulty or damaged product?

We'll be pleased to give you a refund or exchange if you tell us about the problem within 30 days of delivery.

You can either:

  1. Return the product to your local branch with proof of purchase.
  2. Arrange free collection by emailing enquiry@travisperkins.co.uk or calling 03301 233846 with your order number and product details.

Can I cancel my online order?

Yes, you can cancel your order and recieve a full refund before the products are dispatched, or within 14 days of delivery. After this time, we can't refund delivery charges.

To cancel, please email enquiry@travisperkins.co.uk or call 03301 233846. If your products have already been delivered, you must return them to us at your own cost within 14 days.

We'll refund your debit or credit card no later than 14 days after recieving the products back. Your refund amount may be reduced if the way you've handled the products has affected their value.

How much do you charge for Delivery?

The delivery charge for orders placed on this site is £5 excluding VAT. Delivery is free for all orders over £20 excluding VAT. There is no delivery charge exemption for Credit Account holders on this site.

If you have a credit account with us, you'll still benefit from free local delivery on products that are stocked in-branch for orders placed by phone or in person.

Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?

Once your order has been placed a member of staff will contact you from your local branch to arrange collection or delivery of your order.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to mainland UK (Great Britain) addresses, and some other locations depending on the type of products you've ordered. If you are unsure if we'll deliver to you then please get in touch.

Will you deliver my materials exactly where I need them?

We work to very high safety standards, giving you the reassurance that all our deliveries will be carried out safely. However this may restrict our ability to deliver your materials if we deem the delivery location to be unsafe, for example, if there are overhead power cables present and we need to crane off load your materials.

Can I specify a time and date for delivery?

The branch carrying out your delivery will contact you no later than the next working day of you placing your order to arrange delivery date and time that is suitable to you.
Normal branch opening times are 07:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 12:00 on Saturday.

All advertised products are either stocked in branch or within our UK based distribution centres.
